Where do you ship to?
We currently ship worldwide! International orders will be presented with two options at the checkout.
Please note: For international customers, we strongly recommend using DHL for faster, more reliable, and traceable service. Our Economy Shipping option frequently results in delayed deliveries and missed delivery targets, causing customer frustration. Please refer to the table below for more information.
Do you offer local pick-up/click-and-collect?
Yes! If you are local to us in Christchurch, you have the option of 'click and collect' from our premises at Unit C, 24 Essex St, Phillipstown, Christchurch 8011. When your order is ready to collect, you will receive an email from us confirming this, with further information regarding pick up. Pick-up is only available within business hours. Please do not arrive before you have received this email from us.

Am I liable for customs and duties?
All applicable customs fees, taxes and duties are the customer's sole responsibility. Customs authorities require that we state the value of your order directly on your package - the value is the retail cost in NZD. The Nude Alchemist cannot mark any package(s) as a 'Gift' to avoid customs and duties fees.
Please note that on rare occasions, customs agents may delay the delivery of some packages at their discretion.
